A Carmel, IN–based executive, Andrew Miller has built a career defined by leadership across both private enterprise and state government. Operating out of Carmel, IN, Andrew Miller has brought strategic insight in areas ranging from corporate development to public service, including his tenure as the state’s BMV chief, where he oversaw key initiatives to improve efficiency and accountability within the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

Currently, Andrew Miller serves as managing director of Ouabache Investments, the Weaver family office, where he leads an investment strategy focused on agriculture, food, and beverage companies. From 2005 to 2009, Mr. Miller served as secretary of agriculture for the state of Indiana. He played a key role in establishing Indiana’s first Department of Agriculture. In 2009, he became BMV chief. He led all aspects of the department, centralizing key functions of the agency to reduce costs and improve security.
